Done-for-You Lead Generation for Small Businesses

You record short daily videos. I do the rest, and the number is in writing before we start.

What Done-for-You Actually Means Here

Most vendors who say done-for-you mean done by software that you still have to operate. You get a login, a sequence builder, a dashboard, and a monthly invoice. The work is still yours. You just have a nicer place to do it.

That isn't what this is. I build the target list, write the messaging, run the sending, work the follow-up, and put the booked call on your calendar. There's no dashboard you're required to babysit. If a prospect replies at 9pm asking a question, that's my problem, not yours.

The one thing I can't do for you is be you. That's the video, and it's the whole reason this works.

The Only Recurring Thing You Do

You record short daily videos. No script to memorize, no studio, no editing. You talk to one named person about their business for under a minute, on your phone, wherever you are.

The pace is set at your audit call and written down. I don't publish a number for it, because the honest number depends on two things I can't know until we talk: how much you can actually sustain, and how big your target pool is. A business with 400 qualified prospects in its entire market can't be held to the same daily pace as one with 40,000. Anyone who quotes you a universal number before looking at your list is guessing.

Here's why the video matters rather than being a gimmick. Across 863 outreach sequences I've run, 71 booked a call after the video went out. That's 8.2%, and it's my own measured funnel, not a client testimonial or an industry benchmark. A text-only version of the same sequence doesn't come close, because the video is the part a prospect can't get from anyone else pitching them that week.

What I Handle

  • The target list. Built to criteria you approve before a single message goes out. Title, company size, geography, industry, and whatever intent signal actually predicts a buyer in your market.
  • The messaging. Written in your voice, not agency voice. You see it and sign off before it sends.
  • The sending and the follow-up. This is where most outreach dies. Not at the list, at message three.
  • The booking. Calls land on your calendar through a link I administer, with a qualification form in front of it, so you know who you're talking to before you dial.
  • The reporting. You see what went out, who replied, and what booked. Weekly.

The Guarantee, Stated Plainly

I book you 30 qualified sales calls in 60 days on LinkedIn. Guaranteed. You record short daily videos at a pace we set on your audit call, I run everything else, and if I miss I keep working free for up to 30 more days. Your exact target is set in writing at your audit.

Two things that guarantee is not. It isn't a refund, and it isn't free work with no end date. The remedy is that I keep working, capped at 30 more days. I'd rather tell you the cap up front than write something that sounds bigger and means less.

The guarantee also depends on two things on your side: you record at the agreed pace, and calls get booked through the link I administer so both of us are counting the same thing. If either of those breaks, the number stops being something I can honestly promise. That's in the agreement, not buried in a footnote.

What You Own When It Ends

Everything. The contact list, the conversation history, the CRM records. It lives in your environment, whether that's Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion, or a CRM I build for you.

Ask any vendor this question before you sign, including me. If the answer is that the data is proprietary to their platform and you can export a CSV on request, those aren't the same thing. You're renting a pipeline you can never keep.

Who This Isn't For

I'd rather lose the sale than take one that won't work.

This isn't for you if your buyer isn't on LinkedIn. If you sell to consumers, or to trades who don't maintain a profile, the channel is wrong and no amount of good messaging fixes that.

It also isn't for you if nobody can take the calls. Booking 30 conversations into a calendar nobody has time to sit in doesn't help you, and it burns the prospects. If you're the only person who can sell and you're already at capacity, fix that first.

And if your target market is genuinely tiny, say a few hundred companies worldwide, tell me on the audit call. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller, slower, more manual campaign than this one.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does done-for-you lead generation include?

It includes building the target list to criteria you approve, writing the outreach messaging in your voice, running the sending, working the follow-up, and booking qualified calls onto your calendar. The only recurring task on your side is recording short daily videos at a pace agreed on your audit call. Reporting on what sent, who replied, and what booked is included weekly.

How many videos do I have to record?

The pace is set at your audit call and written into the agreement, rather than published as a fixed number. It depends on what you can sustain week after week and on how large your qualified target pool actually is. A business with a few hundred prospects in its entire market cannot be held to the same daily pace as one with tens of thousands.

What happens if you miss the number?

I keep working free for up to 30 more days. It is not a refund and it is not open-ended work with no end date. The cap is stated in the agreement up front. The guarantee assumes you recorded at the agreed pace and that calls were booked through the administered link, so both sides are counting the same thing.

Do I keep the contact list and conversation history?

Yes. Contacts, replies, and CRM records live in your own environment, such as Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion, or a custom CRM build, and they stay with you when the engagement ends. If a vendor tells you the data is proprietary to their platform and offers a CSV export on request, that is not the same as ownership.
