Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Veteran Vectors website at veteranvectors.io and any consulting services provided by Veteran Vectors, operated by Anthony Pinto ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Veteran Vectors provides AI automation consulting services for small businesses, including but not limited to:
- Workflow automation design, build, and deployment
- AI tool integration and configuration
- Managed Automation as a Service (MAaaS)
- Process analysis and automation strategy consulting
- Training and documentation for deployed automations
Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements or statements of work executed separately from these Terms.
2. Results, Estimates, and the Lead-Generation Guarantee
Except for a guarantee expressly stated in your signed engagement agreement, we do not guarantee specific results, time savings, cost reductions, or ROI figures. Results vary based on your business, your offer, your market, and how you work the calls or systems we deliver. Any case studies, testimonials, or estimated savings shared on our website or in marketing materials represent individual client experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.
Our lead-generation guarantee (a set number of qualified sales calls booked within 60 days at a video pace you elect, or continued work at no additional cost for up to 30 more days) applies only where it is written into your engagement agreement and on the terms defined there, including what counts as a qualified call and each party's obligations. The signed agreement governs. The summary below is the plain-English version of the client's side of that guarantee. Where it and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
The promise
I book you 30 qualified sales calls in 60 days on LinkedIn. Guaranteed. You record nine short videos a day. I run everything else. Miss the number and I keep working free for up to 30 more days, and the second half of your fee never comes due. Your exact target is set in writing at your audit.
The client's six commitments
- Pick your pace at the audit and sign it. You choose one row on the printed table: nine videos every business day backs 30 booked qualified calls in 60 days, five backs 15, two backs 5. That row sets the number guaranteed, when the second half of the build fee comes due, and when free work kicks in. Every row promises below what our own measured numbers say to expect.
- Record the videos queued for you, every business day. Each business day we queue prospects and scripts at your pace or above. You record one short video per prospect from the script. A video counts when it meets minimum length, names the prospect, has clear audio, and follows the script. If we do not reject a video in writing within 3 business days of delivery, it counts.
- Put every video in the shared folder. The shared folder is the only record of what you recorded and when. A video that is not in the folder does not count.
- Let every call book through our link. Prospects book on a link we administer that carries the qualification form agreed at the audit. A call is counted the moment it books. Bookings that bypass the link do not count toward the guarantee.
- Show up, or offer a rebook. A prospect no-show gets one rebook inside 10 business days; a second no-show drops that call from the count. A no-show on your side, or declining to offer a rebook slot, counts the call as delivered.
- Read the Friday scoreboard. Each Friday you receive a one-page scoreboard: videos against your pace, calls against your target, days used, days paused, and the projection. It is the record. Corrections must be raised within 5 business days; after that it stands.
If you miss a week
- A week counts as met at 90% or more of your committed videos.
- Fall short and the deadline extends by the shortfall divided by your daily pace, rounded up. The extension is capped at 20 business days in total.
- Days on which we supplied fewer prospects than your pace cannot pause the clock. Our supply failure never buys us time.
- If your recorded pace stays under half of what you signed for 3 scoreboard weeks in a row, either party may move you to a lower row on the table (new target announced on that week's scoreboard) or end the engagement on the outside-date terms below.
Missing a week does not void the guarantee. It moves the finish line by the amount missed.
If we miss
If the day-60 scoreboard (after any pauses) shows fewer calls than your target, we keep working at no charge for up to 30 more calendar days on the same service, pace, and scoreboard. The second half of the build fee is not billed until your target call is on the calendar; if that never happens it is never billed, and the retainer does not start. Hard stop: 120 calendar days from launch. On that day both parties are released and any unpaid balance is permanently waived. Continued work is the sole remedy. There is no refund of amounts paid.
Our ROI calculator and other interactive tools provide estimates only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed outcomes.
